Continuing her passion for fostering the next generation and advancing the architecture profession, our CEO, Erin serves an integral role as president of the executive board. In addition, she is a regular juror, speaker and mentor for the students and the School for the Built Environment, allowing her to share her knowledge and inspire.
A non-profit organization providing opportunities for those with special needs to interact with volunteers in a safe and fun game of baseball. Two seasons are held each year at no cost to the players. The organization holds several fundraising events to help with maintenance, equipment and registration fees. Erin is an active board member and invites you to come out and volunteer or watch!
New to the board, Erin is excited to bring her connectivity to the table and begin to enhance collaboration among similar organizations. As a non-profit organization, the TDC utilizes their volunteer supported team to improve the function and aesthetic of the Toledo Region. Working in smaller communities to enhance the region.
As a dedicated member since 2010, Erin is currently serving as the University Expo Chair and on the Design Award Committee. Initiated during her time as Associate Director, the expo presents opportunities for students to meet with university representatives from 9 architectural programs near Toledo. The Design Awards, recognize design excellence for private and public projects of quality and honor works of distinction envisioned in Northwest Ohio.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Jupmode, local to Toledo, launched a campaign to help local businesses remain HERE FOR GOOD by selling shirts. Each business or non-profit was able to design a shirt, free of charge, all sales supported the business. Engage participated with the development of the green shirt above & donated all proceeds to The Miracle League NWO. Shirts are still available by contacting Engage Studio Architects. Currently an individual member, Erin formerly served on the advisory board & as the non-profit palooza chair. Engage Studio Architects proudly supports Epic Toledo's goals to develop future business & community leaders to attract & retain diverse young talent to the Toledo region.

At the initiation of Engage Studio Architects, Erin was approached by students from BGSU's architecture program for participation in their annual career fair. Knowing that Engage was not in a position to hire students at the time, a
